Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, connecting a social account, or otherwise using SocialMedia, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

SocialMedia provides tools to plan, create, schedule, publish, and analyze social media content. Features may include integration with third-party platforms, including Facebook and Instagram through Meta's APIs, subject to your authorization and applicable platform rules.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction and, where required, have authority to act on behalf of the business or Page you connect. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present security or legal risk.

4. Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Platform

When you connect Facebook or Instagram assets, you authorize us to access and use information and permissions you grant, solely to provide the functionality you request (for example, publishing posts or retrieving insights).

Your use of Meta services remains subject to Meta's own terms and policies, including the Meta Terms of Service and Meta Platform Terms, as applicable. We are not responsible for Meta's services, availability, or policy changes.

You represent that content you publish through SocialMedia complies with applicable laws and platform rules, and that you have the rights to use and distribute that content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' data, or third-party platforms.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service except as permitted by law.
• Upload or distribute malware, spam, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Misrepresent your identity, your affiliation, or the source of content you publish.

6. Subscriptions, Fees, and Trials

Paid plans, pricing, billing cycles, and taxes are as presented at checkout or in your account. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice.

7. Intellectual Property

SocialMedia, its branding, and our software are owned by Yosdo or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your subscription or trial in line with these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us a license to host, process, and transmit your content as needed to operate the service and integrate with platforms you connect.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or specific business outcomes from use of the service or third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yosdo and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in that period or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Yosdo and its directors, employees, and partners against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect linked accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment where applicable, legal requirements, or extended inactivity, with notice when reasonable.

Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
